Jodi Gile - Client Liaison and Account Manager

As Client Liaison and Account Manager, Jodi ensures a smooth transition for OCS Clients, from contract signing through implementation. With 10 years of Customer Service experience, Jodi has also held the instrumental positions of Sales Assistant and Contract Administrator.

Jodi worked as a caregiver prior to joining OCS. Her hands-on experience and desire to help others gives her a special rapport with Clients, as she has unique insight into their world.

Nayeli Gurdian - Contract Administrator

Nayeli’s soft voice may be one of the first you hear when you call OCS. Nayeli grew up in Mexico and came to Seattle as an adult. As a Contract Administrator she is responsible for processing new contracts, renewals and cancellations, as well as occasionally helping with the phones.

Nayeli has two associate of arts degrees, one in Early Childhood Education and the other a transfer degree. She speaks Spanish, English and conversational ASL (American Sign Language). Nayeli enjoys being outdoors camping, white water rafting, or snowboarding and working with the children at her church as a director of social activities.
