Our Benefits
OCS offers a competitive benefits package to all permanent employees. Our current package includes the following:
- A choice between two Premera medical insurance plans, one of which OCS pays 100% of the employee premiums. Both plans include
- Vision coverage through VSP
- A prescription drug plan including a mail order program through Medco
- A $20,000 life and AD&D insurance policy
- Dental insurance under United Concordia, which includes orthodontics. OCS pays 100% of the employee premium
- An additional $30,000 in life and AD&D insurance coverage (for a total of $50,000
in coverage)
- An LTD insurance policy that pays 60% of your pre-disability income
