The Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP), a national, non-profit health care accreditation organization and OCS have formed a partnership to offer valuable information to their joint members. Through this partnership, CHAP-accredited organizations will have access to OCS' benchmarking and outcomes reporting products and services. This partnership will also provide specialized studies for participating CHAP accredited organizations.

The information developed through the partnership with OCS will allow CHAP to ensure each agency's ongoing compliance with the CHAP Standards of Excellence, and should result in a reduction in the number of required site visits. The services are available for home health agencies as well as freestanding hospices.
