Our Culture
Helping our employees achieve and grow is essential. It's key to the impeccable service we deliver to our clients. It may be a cliché in some quarters, but we really do work hard and play hard! While everyone freely does what is necessary to make the company a success, all employees are encouraged to maintain a strong work/life balance. OCS contributes to this philosophy by sponsoring recreational intramural soccer and softball teams for employees, family and friends. We've even been good enough to win some trophies!

By providing a relaxed and productive office environment, we support strong teamwork and collaboration. Management provides direction and encouragement, while our staff retains much of the freedom to make the daily decisions to complete tasks focused on achieving our goals.

Our Community
Maybe it's because of the caring industry we support or maybe it's because of the bountiful and beautiful area of the country that we call our home, but the one thing that has always remained constant is watching and experiencing how our employees value and contribute to their community.

Here at OCS, we believe that we are tied to our community and our community is a reflection of who we are as individuals. Every winter OCS employees have worked with local charitable organizations to "adopt-a-family" and in the spring we look forward to activities such as "Bike to Work" month and other opportunities to reach out to our community.
