This week OCS and The Corridor Group, Inc.
(TCG) announced an agreement to
provide bundled offerings of OCS' industry-leading products with TCG's comprehensive consulting services for Home Health and Hospice agencies. In addition, this agreement will allow TCG
to sell OCS' QAPI Snapshot directly to its Hospice clients.
Additionally, OCS
is pleased to announce a joint, 12-month demonstration project with Associated Home Health Industries of
Florida (AHHIF) that will investigate the
effect OCS
PatientView, the industry's leading predictive modeling service, has in reducing acute care hospitalizations and emergent care events.

for 4th Quarter
2006 are now
available for download in OCS Connection.
All six disease specific dashboards (Wound Care,
Anticipated High Therapy cases, V57, COPD, Heart
Failure and Diabetes) include comparative
information on clinical outcomes, visit utilization, and
financial performance.
The OCS Disease
Management Dashboards provide a
consolidated view of condition-specific performance
for patients with
specific conditions.
- Look at clinical outcomes for your Diabetes
patients.
- Compare your average case weights and visits by
discipline for your Wound Care patients to state,
regional, and
national norms.
- Evaluate net income for your High Therapy patients and how that group can affect an agency's overall bottom line.
Clients may access their dashboards by logging into their Connection account using
their unique username and password.
