Melinda Moore - Director of Strategy and Planning
As an OCS client for more than five years, Melinda believed so strongly in OCS’ products and services that she chose to join the company in 2003 as the Director of Strategy and Planning. In her role, she works directly with clients to optimize strategic use of OCS information, products and services.
Melinda has worked in home care for more than 20 years with extensive administrative experience in home health, hospice, and private duty. Through her involvement with OCS, Melinda has helped agencies across the country succeed in the face of industry challenges including workforce shortages, problems with OASIS accuracy, and highly competitive markets.
Sue Blockberger-Miller - Strategy and Planning Executive
Working in the Strategy and Planning Resource Group, Sue joined OCS in 2004 with more than 20 years of experience in home health. With significant expertise in the clinical and operational components of home health, seven of those years in performance improvement and QA work, Sue works hand in hand with clients to help them leverage information to achieve their strategic objectives. Like Melinda, Sue was also an OCS power-user with a large regional system prior to joining our team.
