Karen Kajitani Smith - Support and Implementation Manager
Karen began working at OCS in 2000 as a Client Relations Manager. She soon moved into a Product Management role and acted as a liaison between the Client Services and Development departments. She maintained and managed all OCS products, was responsible for writing User Guides and software requirements, and supported the Client Services department. Karen led the implementation process for Version 3, including onsite implementations and related client training and documentation.
Prior to joining OCS, Karen worked as a technical recruiter for two years. Karen is a University of Washington graduate, with a BA in International Studies - Japan Studies and a BA in Japanese.
LeAnne Huebner - Support and Implementation Manager
LeAnne brings more than eight years of experience in healthcare informatics to OCS. She offers extensive expertise developing and delivering standardized and customized on-site and Web-based training courses; creating customized opportunity assessments; and providing clients and colleagues with technical and database content support.
LeAnne enjoys creating delicious baked things for our birthdays and always has her constant shadow, dog, Mishach.
Lyndon McFate - Support and Implementation Manager
Lyndon came to OCS with the purchase of Perforum in 2005. He supports the Team Innovation Projects and all of OCS’ hospice products.
Lyndon began his career in the home care industry in 2000, submitting ORYX data to JCAHO. He honed his skills in the telecommunications industry, having over ten years of customer service and support experience.
Lyndon enjoys camping and cycling during the summer months with his wife and two children, and in the winter they love to both play and watch hockey.
