Erin Bassett- Technical Support Analyst

Erin has a strong customer service background with an emphasis on technical support. She has done everything from supporting clients of a major computer manufacturer in a call center environment to selling computers and doing warehouse distribution for a small Midwestern chain of computer stores. Additionally, she has worked as an IT department administrative assistant and, more recently, as a Technical Support Analyst for a retail/merchandising software company.

A native of Omaha, NE, Erin moved to Seattle in 2006 and feels that the Northwest is her true home. She enjoys karaoke, swing dancing, reading, going to live music shows, and spending time with friends.

Montoya Clemmons - Technical Support Analyst

Montoya brings technical and communications experience to his role as Client Services Technical Support Representative. A native of New York City, without the accent, Montoya has worked as help desk and programming support in the print media, education, and city government sectors prior to joining OCS. Montoya has also been a published newspaper reporter in several states covering everything from high school sports to local community topics of interest.

Montoya is a University of Notre Dame graduate in history with technical certification from Bates Technical College in Tacoma, Washington.

Jason Colby - Technical Support Analyst

Jason brings with him a varied background.  He grew up in Washington State and has lived in Colorado, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Jason has worked as a firefighter/EMT and served in the US Army; he also worked in healthcare as a health unit coordinator and then as an emergency room technician.  Jason then went to school majoring in computer information systems and has a broad technical background.

In his spare time Jason enjoys playing with computers, reading, cooking, exploring the northwest, and traveling.
